Mentor programs are available for all levels of skilled techs - from entry level to Master certified (other manufacturers). We offer paid training for all web-based courses, travel expenses, daily pay, and all hotel and food expenses during travel.

Mike Manzi, our Fixed Operations Director and Recruiter, started in the automotive service industry over 27 years ago as a general line tech and worked his way up to a Ford engine and chassis master certified tech. He then trained to become a service manager and now serves as our dealership's Fixed Operations Director, responsible for all Parts, Service, and Collision departments. He served on the Ford Tech Review Panel in 2004 and 2005, and he thoroughly enjoys sharing his knowledge and expertise during the training and mentorship program for new technicians and providing them with a career path for a successful future. His goal is to have highly trained employees who provide world-class service to all of our guests.
